Join the Conference

We are a meet-up style event inviting all women to join the conversation.

The Women’s Off-Road Cycling Congress (WÖRCC)

opens an authentic dialogue between women of all experience levels. WÖRCC is an antidote to the cycling industry’s “ladies’ nights”. We are a meet-up style event inviting all women to join the conversation. During an interactive evening, all participants willl take part in crafting our inaugural manifesto to the off-road cycling industry.

#WORCC

Let's inspire one another to new levels of adventure. During the WÖRCC evening we will:

Create Community

Join us for dinner by Pica’s Taqueria and cocktails mixed by Suerte Tequila. WÖRCC is a meet-up – and a celebration of the season.

Unite our Voices

Bring your stories and experiences: they are the essential ingredients of a platform that will convey to the off-road cycling industry where our true values lie.

Inspire Adventure

Find camaraderie among women with shared passions, and renew – or discover – the sense of possibility for life where the pavement ends.

SPEAKERS AND BREAK OUT LEADERS

Engage with women cyclists who are making their mark in the off-road cycling industry.

Amy Thomas

Amy Thomas

Amy discovered early that a bike was her ticket to freedom. Her first mountain bike in 1985 allowed her to explore the backyard woods of Duluth, MN. With a diverse cycling resume, Amy fell hardest for fat tires soon after moving to Colorado in 1996. As co-founder of Team Yeti Beti and the Beti Bike Bash women's only mountain bike race, Amy has an accomplished race resume. Hover, her proudest achievement, along with the team, remains the success and growth of the Beti Bike Bash.

Ashley Rankin

Ashley Rankin

A CO native, Ashley spent her childhood riding bikes, playing in the dirt and exploring the wild wild west. Not unusually, she did this all with crimped hair, painted nails, and carefully paired outfits. Fast forward 20 years. With degrees in Apparel Design and Business Marketing, mountain bike adventures under her belt, and a desire to enjoy living in the mountains on her own terms,  Ashley created SHREDLY:  maker of fun, colorful, dare-she-say “girly” mountain bike apparel.  SHREDLY - and Ashley -  are industry leaders for mtb-inspired adventure apparel made in the U.S.A.
